It seems solid. The base feels firm and gives my 32 kg Doberman a nice, even space to lie down. Happy with it so far.

Game Changer

Just got a new Bronco and was dreading the first ride with my bullmastiff because of all her hair and slobber. She’s a big girl and needs space to get comfortable. I put this in the back, took her for a drive, and she settled down with plenty of room. The cover caught most of the mess, and my new seats looked great afterward. Huge relief!

16-hour road trip with 2 Dalmatians and much cleaner seats!

I needed more protection than the towel I usually put on the back seat, so I tried this for a 16-hour trip with my two Dalmatians. If you have Dalmatians, you know why white hair and black cloth seats made me nervous. Our vehicle is a Toyota Tundra, and I was happy with how the cover fit once I adjusted it. More importantly, both dogs had space to lie down for the drive.

Installation: I set it up before loading the car so I could take my time with the straps and check the fit. The clips were simple to use, and I liked being able to arrange the sides for getting the dogs in and out. We opened the side we were using at each stop, let them out, and put it back in place before leaving. After the first couple of stops, that became our routine.

The dogs: They each found a spot, turned around approximately one hundred times (as dogs do), and eventually went to sleep. I added their usual blanket because they like curling up together. One of mine is a 60-pound baby who always wants to know what’s happening up front, but even she had room to settle. We stopped regularly to give them water and a walk, and getting them back into the car was easy.

The back seat afterward: There was still some dog hair to deal with. I don’t think any product can make two shedding Dalmatians completely disappear! But most of the hair and paw marks were on the cover rather than spread over my black seats. When we reached our destination, cleanup took much less time than it normally would after a trip like this. That alone made me happy I brought it.

A couple of things I’d suggest for a long drive: install it before packing everything else so you can see the fit clearly, bring a familiar blanket if your dogs like one, and check the setup when you stop, just as you would with any gear in the car. We used our dogs’ usual travel restraints separately.

I bought this hoping for a roomier space for them and less cleaning for me. On a 16-hour trip with two very hairy passengers, it delivered both. We’ll be taking it on our next road trip too. :)

Fits great 👍

I bought this because we are going on a trip with my pooch and I needed the cargo area of my Jeep Grand Cherokee for our bags. Normally she rides back there on the all weather mats, but with all our packing she was going to have to ride in the back seat. I have leather seats so I was worried about her paws and hair getting all over them.

I looked at several covers before buying this one. The pictures looked good and I liked that it gave her more room, so I figured I would try it. We'll it turns out it fits my Jeep great! Was easy to install once I adjusted the straps and the fabric feels pretty durable. My girl got right in, turned around a couple times and laid down like it was her new spot.

I already have a harness and restraint that I use for her and was able to set that up with the cover in place. That was one thing I wanted to check before leaving. We have only done a few shorter drives so far but she seems comfortable and my seats are still clean. Anyway I'm very happy with it and looking forward to taking her on the trip 👍

Does it cover the seats? It sure does! Does it give my dog more room? Also yes.

I bought this mainly because I wanted to protect the back seat of my Honda Accord, but I was also hoping my dog would have a better place to settle. So far, it has worked well for both. The base gives him a more even area to lie on, and he seems to have more usable room than he did when I just put a blanket over the seats. Installation was pretty easy. I had to adjust the straps a couple of times to get the position I wanted, but once I did, the cover looked good and stayed where I put it on our drives. I also like that I can take it out without much trouble when I need the back seat for people. Is it going to make every dog sit perfectly still in the car? Of course not. But it covers the seats, gives my dog a more comfortable spot, and makes cleanup easier. For what I paid, I’m happy with it.

Tavuneli Dog Back Seat Cover

I was able to install this in my SUV. The size was just right for the back seat for both my dogs, they have more room now to lay down and not be crowded together. My seats are leather so I wanted something covering them when the dogs ride with me. It clicks around the headrests in the back and around the front seats. I adjusted the straps and it fit good.

We have used it a few times already. The dogs seemed comfortable and the hair stays mostly on the cover instead of getting into my seats. When I want to clean it I can just vacuum the dog hair off. It was easier to install than I expected. Very satisfied with how it looks and the space it gives them. Would recommend..

Love the price and how it fits

Fits perfectly in my SUV. The back seat looks great with it installed and my fur baby has plenty of room. Can’t wait to take him on a longer ride!

Cats travel too, and this worked great in the back seat of our sedan.

We bought this because we needed to take our cat on an eight-hour trip, which is very different from a quick drive to the vet. She had her carrier, food, water, and a small travel litter box, and I wanted something covering the back seat before we attempted to arrange all of that. It took us a little time to work out where everything should go (mostly because our rear headrests apparently hadn’t been touched since we bought the car), but once we had it set up, the space worked surprisingly well.

The side openings made it easier to reach in and move things around before we left. We put her carrier on one side and the litter box on the other, with her food and water close enough that we could check them at stops. She spent part of the trip in her open carrier, part of it investigating everything, and a little time looking at us as though she couldn’t believe we’d brought her along. :) Even with all of that movement, the back seat underneath stayed much cleaner than I expected.

Of course, travelling with a cat still means travelling with a cat. She managed to scatter some litter when she jumped out of the box, and her water bowl needed attention at a stop. But those things were on the cover, where I could deal with them, instead of worked into the car seat. That was exactly what I had hoped for. She eventually settled down, mostly in her carrier, and seemed comfortable for the rest of the drive.

When we arrived, we took out her things, cleaned up the small mess, and folded the cover away. Getting the car back to normal was so much quicker than I expected after a trip with a cat, a litter box, and food bowls in the back. I realize this is a lot of detail for a car cover, but fellow cat people will understand why I’m pleased. We’ll use it again on the drive home.

No more hairy seats!!! ??

Perfect! I had to pay 100$ to get my car deep cleaned after road trips back and forth to visit my husband while he works out of town. My dog is my road buddy and she can't help but shed! We also went to the beach and MY GOD THE HAIR! I was embarrassed to let anyone see my car ?? We spent a one time 149$ on this seat protector and it's worth every penny!!

Perfect for what I wanted it for

Fits perfectly into my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. I like how versatile it is. It can be hammock style, or seat style rather quickly. I had my dog in it yesterday and he enjoyed being able to go for a ride and I loved that he didn't scratch or dirty my seats (we live in the country, so dirt abounds!). The fabric seems quite durable.

Less dog hair in the car

This was large enough for my 3 bigs dog, they have plenty of space. Less dog hair in my car, the cover catches most of the dogs hair

Fits perfect!!!

I have 2019 Ford Explorer and it fits perfectly. My 4 month old Rottie was always standing in the backseat. I received it today installed it and went for our 1st ride today and he immediately got in and laid down and ended up falling asleep (which he never did before). I believe he feels safer (more stable) in the hammock then the potential of falling on the floor. Now I need to see if it will hold up but right now I'm super impressed!!

Adjustable and lots of coverage

After fine tuning the adjustable straps it fit perfectly! (2026 Lexus ES 350h) Much more coverage than my old bench cover. The zippers on each side make it easy to transfer my dogs in and out.

Way more rugged feeling than the pictures look...

I've got a Dalmatian, these rebellious dogs love to shed.....all over everything. If you have a dog that sheds considerably or even heavily, you're going to need this thing. It is phenomenal at what it does and you're not going to have to spend an hour vacuuming up hair all over your vehicle just to take your dog somewhere. This thing will trap that hair into it's fibers and make sure your vehicle remains pristine underneath. This was an easy purchase for me. Thanks!
