Shipping policy
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Orders placed for unsupported destinations may be cancelled and refunded.
Delivery estimate
Estimated delivery is 8–15 calendar days from order confirmation. This estimate includes normal order processing and transit. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date, but we only advertise delivery timing when we have a reasonable basis for expecting it.
Tracking details are emailed when they become available. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels if they are fulfilled from different facilities.
Third-party fulfillment
We use third-party suppliers and carriers to fulfill orders. Products may ship directly from China or another fulfillment location. Tavuneli remains responsible for your order and support; contact us at info.tavuneli@gmail.com rather than contacting a supplier.
Delays
If we learn that an order cannot be shipped or delivered within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and, where required, the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected unshipped order for a full refund.
Address accuracy
Please check your address before submitting the order. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. We can change an address only before fulfillment. If a parcel is returned or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping costs may apply.
Customs, duties, and import charges
Free shipping refers to the carrier shipping charge shown at checkout. Unless a charge is collected at checkout, destination authorities or carriers may assess customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges. These charges are outside our control and are the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or it arrives damaged, email info.tavuneli@gmail.com with your order number. We may ask for photographs of the parcel and packaging or allow time for a carrier investigation before arranging an appropriate replacement or refund.
