Overview

These Terms govern purchases from Tavuneli and use of this online store. Tavuneli is operated by Mhd Ali Alsoda, a sole trader established in Sweden. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Contact Information.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Products and presentation

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, production batches, and reasonable measurement tolerances can cause minor differences in color or dimensions. Such minor differences do not affect rights relating to materially incorrect, defective, or misdescribed goods.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the store or market, normally USD for the United States and Canada. Applicable taxes and other charges collected by us are shown at checkout. Customs or import charges not collected at checkout may be assessed separately as described in the Shipping Policy.

Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may cancel and refund an order before fulfillment if the product is unavailable, the price or listing contains a material error, the destination is unsupported, or reasonable fraud or security checks cannot be completed. We will notify you using the contact details supplied with the order.

Fulfillment

Tavuneli uses third-party suppliers and carriers. Products may ship directly from China or another fulfillment location. Tavuneli remains the seller and the customer's point of contact.

Returns, refunds, and delays

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Delivery estimates, possible delays, and import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

The Tavuneli name, store design, original copy, graphics, and other original store content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except where use is permitted by law.

Third-party services and links

The store relies on third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, review tools, fulfillment partners, and carriers. External links and third-party services may be governed by their own terms. Nothing in this section removes Tavuneli's responsibilities as seller.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavuneli is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their residence. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.
